Today's itinary (don't care if I spelled that wrong. =p) was:
9-12: Recruitment and Human Resource Admin
12-4: Hang out with Waneh
4-6: Intro to Sociology
At around 11++, I met up with Wani and Mel. We walked to the coffeeshop for my Chicken Rice and bubble tea, and then crashed Wani's place. She showed me and Mel something (I don't want to say first 'cause it might take away the fun for her, so we shall all just wait for her to post "it" or what) (but Wani, I have to say that it is good, and was rather enlightening ^-^). It was unfortunate that Mel had to go off early 'cause the three of us have so much fun lah together. Wani is Waneh, Mel is Melleh and I'm Hanneh. Which is not bad la actually. I've been called worse.
Like Hannoneh kepakokeh taik untateh (Hannah, wings of camel shit) and Princess Cap Gajah Ninja (Princess Brand Elephant Ninja, whattheheck??)
Anyways. Then me and Wani lepak on the bed (no, nothing "funny" okay *glares*) to watch Miss Congeniality 2, complete with popcorn in hand. Or rather Wani's hand. Hahah. No la kidding la. Sheesh. But not even half way through the movie, we got side-tracked with our own conversations about life and "whatnot", so we settled on MTV.
Right after I finished my Zohor prayers, the rain poured, which made me think:
Was this the reason why I had this "intuition" to wear the skirt today? Because for me, skirt = boots. Initially I had planned to wear shirt and jeans = shoes. Which would have been drenched by the rain. But the boots kept my feet dry.
Was it pure coincidence that made me change my mind, or was it really the plan of the Higher Power? Cheh. Well I guess logically it would be a coincidence that I wore boots la, but wouldn't it be nice if it was otherwise?
Anyways.
Walking under the rain was pretty nice, even though I did get my skirt half-drenched. Still, if I had the choice, I would have walked IN the rain. Hmmmm. I remember when I was in Sec3, in my madrasah uniform: me, Aysha Alias, Haseenah Banu and Efah Din danced in the rain. It was one of those times where you stop thinking about what people would think and just live. For the moment. Ahhh those were the days.
I arrived at school promptly at 4pm, and made my way to Socio class: level 4, room 43. Skali tengok, eh, why is the room empty? Maybe class cancelled, or change venue ke? I was about to just heck care and ponteng, when something tells me I should check my timetable. Then, OH, room 7 la, bukan 43 la! Sheesh.
Anyways got this one part. We were suppose to guess the person-beside-us's favourite food and so on. So the teacher (a very interesting and nice Mrs. Vivian Chou) was looking around asking, "Okay, who's brave enough to volunteer to tell the class their guesses?"
I was praying: not me not me not me not me not me not me
It had to be me, didn't it?
Mrs. Chou: Ahhh, Han is trying not to smile, but she looks brave enough!
Me: No, I'm not. (I actually said that, grinning. God.)
Mrs. Chou: Aww come on, give it a try.
Han: -_-"
I hate talking and (socialising) on my first day in class, especially not knowing anyone. I don't like people looking at me, scrutinising what I have to say and the way I say it. I hate being the centre of attention. I hate showing a bit of myself to a class of strangers. Ironic isn't it.
I guess I was lucky my guesses were correct.
Mrs. Chou: Well done, Han! Although there's no award to give. *smiles*
Han: Heh. -_-"
I think she liked me, though. Call it a woman's intuition. =)

Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:
If you can dream - and not make dreams your master;
If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with worn-out tools:
If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: 'Hold on!'
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!
